Edifício Figue
The Figue building is situated on the neighborhood’s main thoroughfare and its apartments have usable area between 120 and 194 m² (1,292 and 2,088 sq. ft) and 2 or 3 parking spaces. From it, one can easily get to the neighboring city of Sao Caetano do Sul and to Grand Plaza Shopping mall, a huge complex with stores, movie theaters, a food court and a choice of leisure and entertainment options. The building has been retrofitted for commercial use and consists of 1 tower with a 4-floor underground parking garage, ground floor with a reception, mezzanine and 10 standard floors with 2 office spaces each,  penthouse, mechanical room and attic.

Grande Ufficiale Evaristo Comolatti Building

Privileged for its location – less than 100 yards from Paulista subway station – and with its architectural design conceived by Botti Rubin architecture firm, the building’s main source of inspiration is innovation. This realization comes easily when one settles their gaze on its modern and imposing glass-skin façade and on the superior quality of the finishings in the lobby.

This concept of innovation was mainly borrowed from entrepreneur Evaristo Comolatti – italian immigrant and founder of Comolatti group. He was a bold man who was ahead of his time and after whom this building was named.

The project comprises 1 tower with a 4-floor underground parking garage, ground floor with a reception, mezzanine, 11 standard floors with 2 separate office spaces each, penthouse, mechanical room and attic.

Condomínio Pateo Barra

Pateo Barra condominium is located in Barra Funda neighborhood in Sao Paulo city. Besides being easily accessible due to its proximity to a subway station and large avenues, it is a complete residential project.

The project consists of 3 towers, 312 apartments, 3 sobressolos, 10 elevators, ground floor with a spinning gym, a fitness room, a game room, indoor pool with a 25-m lane, adult and children pools, playground, party rooms for children and teenagers, playroom, gourmet barbecue grill, gym, resting room, sauna and spa.

Club Med Trancoso

Club Med Trancoso is the winner of “IV Prêmio Master” for RFM in 2003 when it earned the prize in the “Professionals in Constructive Solutions” category, thanks to its innovative method of minimizing the impact to the environment and to the local history. The project aims to value the regional handicraft, rescue its culture and history, apply modern techniques, train and qualify the local workforce, and raise partners’ and colleagues’ awareness of the importance of the whole.

Centro Empresarial Viracopos

Viracopos Business Center is located in the city of Campinas, São Paulo. This office building has 3 floors and 294 office spaces. It is located within Viracopos International Airport, Brazil’s second largest air cargo terminal.

Cidade Matarazzo

By restoring the old “Hospital e Maternidade Matarazzo”, Groupe Allard helps to recover part of the city’s history and, at the same time, projects itself into the future and creates a unique place in the world that brings together past, present and future.  Through a retrofit project, the idea takes shape and brings along a new concept and the vision of what it will become: Cidade Matarazzo.

Located near Paulista avenue, it will become a luxurious complex comprising a six-star hotel, a 25,000 m² (269,000 sq. ft) commercial area and an extensive green area which will integrate and characterize that part of the city. RFM Construtora is in charge of the construction of Torre Mata Atlântica building and the restoration of Santa Luzia chapel.
