O Parque’s innovative and contextualized concept invites you to live inside a 25,000- m² (269,000 sq. ft) park. The goal is to expand the collective consciousness based on the premise that the environment, the people and their activities depend on one another. The building complex is structured to emphasize its interaction with the city and the environment.

This project inspires future trends and brings together interdependence and sustainability in line with respect for the environment and the recovery of the original  flora, sociability, interaction with the local community and with the city and its economic activities.

Its structure consists of an area of 38,252 m² (411,741 sq. ft), with 7 towers and 324 residential units, 210 long stay apartments, an office building, a diverse mix of stores and a 770-m² (8,288-sq. ft) restaurant plus a park and a recreation area open to the public.
