About the project

Torre Mata Atlântica and Matarazzo Maternity Hospital

By restoring the old “Hospital e Maternidade Matarazzo”, Groupe Allard helps to recover part of the city’s history and, at the same time, projects itself into the future and creates a unique place in the world that brings together past, present and future.  Through a retrofit project, the idea takes shape and brings along a new concept and the vision of what it will become: Cidade Matarazzo.

Located near Paulista avenue, it will become a luxurious complex comprising a six-star hotel, a 25,000 m² (269,000 sq. ft) commercial area and an extensive green area which will integrate and characterize that part of the city.
