Hotel Tivoli São Paulo

RFM Construtora was responsible for the renovation of the 22 floors of the old Moffarej hotel, in Sao Paulo’s Jardins neighborhood, for a total of 217 rooms with 11 different floor plans and areas ranging from 30 to 70 m² (323 to 753 sq. ft), the presidential suite floor, restaurants, a swimming pool, convention center and common areas.

The 5-star hotel, currently part of Tivoli chain, offers redecorated rooms, meeting rooms, the largest presidential suite in Latin America, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a Spa offering Asian-style treatment and, for the good cuisine enthusiasts, a restaurant on the 23rd floor with a mesmerizing view of Paulista Avenue.

Hotel Grand Mercure Riocentro

This project stems from a consortium established between RFM Construtora Ltda. and Bouygues Construção Brasil, built next to Latin America’s largest Convention Center.

It refers to the construction of the Hotel, which will have 15 floors altogether (12 being standard floors), 306 rooms, 600-m² (6,500-sq. ft) of meeting rooms, 2 restaurants (1 on the rooftop with a panoramic view), a swimming pool, a Fitness & Spa center, 9 elevators and 95 parking spaces.

It opened in June 2015 and it was AccorHotels’ first 5-star hotel in Barra da Tijuca, highlighting its uniqueness since the very first moment. It is located within Latin America’s largest Convention Center – Riocentro – across from Jacarepagua Lagoon, surrounded by the mountains of the Pedra Branca massif and only a few minutes’ drive from the local beaches. The hotel has an exclusive view of Rio de Janeiro and a complete infrastructure to welcome guests and “cariocas” seeking comfort and convenience.

Hotel AIR

The Hotel Air SP project concerns the retrofitting of one of the city’s iconic buildings – where DPZ advertising agency used to be, on Cidade Jardim avenue.

The building was purchased by GJP Hotels and the company manifested its desire to transform it into a luxury hotel.

The delivery of the project was established for the second half of 2021 and the inspiration for the design of the facilities comes from American hospitality services which emphasize comfort and modernity.

Air’s Sao Paulo’s unit will have 65 rooms, a restaurant, a coworking space and a rooftop nightclub.

Hospital São Luiz Morumbi

São Luiz – Cidade Jardim hospital opened on September 20th, 2000, in Morumbi district, Sao Paulo city, marking the beginning of the expansion of São Luiz brand, which brought to other locations the same quality and expertise in health services gathered in a long – since 1938 –  history of tradition.

It has been, since 2010, part of D’Or São Luiz Hospital Chain, the largest independent hospital operator in Brazil. It is a high complexity general hospital, one of the most modern in Latin America, including even a modern surgical center able to perform robot-operated surgery.

This project concerns the construction of a building and a parking garage and the adaptation of an office building into a hospital facility with 320 beds, a Diagnostic Center and a Surgical Center with 9 operating rooms.

Hiléa Center

The construction of Hiléia – a Socialization and Development Center for Elders – in partnership with Stan Empreendimentos earned RFM Construtora the “Master Imobiliário” award in the Commercial/Residential Project category.

The 1st Socialization Center for seniors in Brazil was developed to cater to the needs of older people by providing a different lifestyle which integrates leisure activities to hospitality and health services in a single place.

The project was designed by Aflalo & Gasperini architecture firm and refers to the construction of a Care Center with 3 underground floors, a ground floor and 10 standard floors furnished with ludic and cinematic elements alluding to the memories of years gone by.

Good Life Parque Aclimação

Good Life embraces the concept of living well. It is the 3rd generation of “club-condominiums” developed by Yuny Incorporadora. The concept combines a full-fledged club, with all the entertainment options your family needs, to the exclusivity and privacy offered by a huge plot of land with only few units and spacious floor plans.

There are 18 standard floors plus a duplex penthouse with apartments ranging from 95 to 165 m² (1,022  to 1,776 sq. ft) and a huge recreation area which includes: Playroom, Barbecue Grill, Dog Walk, Fitness Room, Game Room, Sauna, Rest Area , Feet Station, Pool Lounge, Indoor Pool with a 25-m lane, Adult and Children Pools, Playground, Multi-sport Court, Party Room, Gourmet Lounge.

Glória 122

Glória 122 is a project that evokes the glamorous atmosphere of Art Déco in Rio de Janeiro and combines it with state-of-the-art sustainable construction.  The façade of E. G. Fontes building was restored and preserved, with Maurício Prochnick and Márcio Roiter’s consultancy, to receive the implementation of the corporate project developed by architecture firm De Fournier e Associados.

The project is characterized as retrofitting with repurposing. Demolition of 3 10-floor residential buildings with preservation of their façades. Construction of the office building with a 2-floor parking garage and 13 standard floors for office spaces. It is the recipient of the “Master Imobiliário” award in the Innovation and Sustainability category.

Galeria Guedala

Jardim Guedala is one of Sao Paulo’s most desired neighborhoods and widely regarded as the best in Morumbi district. It is a prime location due to its complete infrastructure while at the same time preserved from the city’s bustle. It integrates nature and life quality.

Every detail of this project has been carefully considered, making it a great deal for residents and investors. Galeria Guedala comprises 33 units: 1 garden unit with 213.5-m² (2,298-sq. ft), 28 standard units with 91-m² (979-sq ft) and 4 penthouses with 163.87-m² (1,763.9-sq. ft) . The units have 2 or 3 bedrooms, gourmet balcony, 2 or 3 parking spaces and guest bathroom. Galeria Guedala is a sophisticated building with architecture, landscaping and interiors by Perkins+Will and display of works of art by Alexandre Mazza.

F.L. Corporate

Practicality, luxury, comfort, unique aesthetics with striking features and sustainability.  F.L. Corporate is on a prime location – Faria Lima Avenue, a main commercial hub in Latin America .

The project was designed by the architecture firm Aflalo & Gasperini and consists of three towers – F.L Corporate, with whole floor office spaces; F.L Office, with office suites; and F.L Residence, with apartments for long-term lease. The buildings are interconnected by a 1,280-m²(13,780-sq. ft) square fitted with water mirrors and gardens corresponding to more than 30% of the plot area, which is an unparalleled green area ratio in the region.

RFM Construtora, responsible for the construction of F.L. Corporate, applied the best sustainable practices to the project and earned the LEED certification in the gold category.

Escola Viva

Escola Viva is a private institution with over 40 years of experience. It was founded by women in the early 1970’s and it is a learning space that fosters critical thinking, self-reliance and collaboration in order to educate people for the world. The educational institution values culture, art and sustainable development.

The elementary school’s building was built with fully self-sustainable ecological processes which means thorough research was done in the choice of suppliers and construction materials with strict origin and fabrication controls. The result was RFM Construtora winning, in 2001, the “Prêmio Master Imobiliário” award in the “Professionals in Ecological Construction” category.
