Escola Pueri Domus

With a 50-year history, Pueri Domus believes in an innovative educational project and in being at the vanguard with an attentive eye in the future. Their goal is to make their students the protagonists in the construction of knowledge.

The school’s newest building was designed with a ground floor containing classrooms and common-use areas, a mezzanine for the administration team, and 2 more floors. What sets this project apart are the solutions that were found to enable its execution in only 9 months. The use of a prefabricated metal structure and the skills and commitment of everyone involved in the project allowed the building to be opened for class by the beginning of the school year, on February 27th, 2020.

Escola Mobile

Escola Mobile was conceived by a group of educators who strongly believe that education involves Art and Science. It is widely regarded as one of the top 10 schools in the country. Their teaching philosophy values education as a social factor, the commitment to learning, the importance of self-reliance, affection and emotion and respect for diversity.

This project refers to the construction of the school building in three phases: Execution of the demolition, excavation and containment work. The execution of all the work needed for the conclusion of the building and the Auditorium / Amphitheater happened without the school having to suspend its activities and with minimum impact, making this a success case.

Edifício Villa 156

Villa 156 is a condominium located on Rua França Pinto in Vila Mariana neighborhood, Sao Paulo. Its apartments are 69 or 74 m² (743 or 797 sq. ft) in area with 1 or 2 bedrooms and up to 2 parking spaces.

It is easily accessible and some nearby points of interest are Ana Rosa Terminal, Belas Artes – Campus 1, 2, Ana Rosa Subway Station, Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM), Vila Mariana Subway Station and Colégio Cristo Rei.

Edifício Vera Cruz Plaza

Located on Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, this office building was conceived to be the first one in the region to be LEED Platinum certified. Its façade combines patina copper with insulated glass in order to provide improved thermal and acoustic comfort to the environments.  The sense of spaciousness is given by the wide column-free ceilings. The 3-m (9.8-foot) high ceilings and large balconies create a harmonious integration between the interior and exterior spaces, granting a privileged view of the city.

The project consists of 4 underground floors with exclusive parking, ground floor with a reception, 11 floors wit 2 office spaces each and 1 intermediate technical floor, penthouse, mechanical room and attic.

Edifício Pascoal Vita

Pascoal Vita, in the heart of the bohemian neighborhood of Vila Madalena, sits close to “Praça do Por do Sol” (Sunset Square) with a broad view of Alto de Pinheiros. The project has only 12 units with areas between 319 and 443m² (3,434 and 4,768 sq. ft). It was designed by Bernardes Arquitetura firm (a reference in Brazilian contemporary architecture) and as their first collaboration with developer Idea!Zarvos, it represents an architecture with contemporary features that have plenty of charm, comfort and is fully in harmony with its surroundings.

Edifício Luminus

An innovative fenceless project that bestows the city with much more than architectural beauty – it offers unique details and works of art in addition to integrating environment and technology to bring accessibility and value into an urban sustainable lifestyle.

There will be 237 mixed-use units: 210 residential units, 24 office units and 3 stores; 257 parking spaces;  27 floors divided into 4 underground, 1 ground, 1 jirau, 2 floors for office spaces, 16 floors for residential units, 1 floor for leisure activities and 2 penthouse floors and attic.

Edifício Joaquim Floriano

The building is located near Av. Juscelino Kubitschek, Av. Santo Amaro, Av. Brigadeiro Luis Antônio and Av. São Gabriel, in a region known for its commerce and several iconic buildings that characterize the city.

The project is an office building with 18 floors and 2 underground floors, 5 elevators (being 1 with a view), a helipad, bicycle parking, 24-h security and central air conditioning. The design is signed by Rui Otake Arquitetos. It has excellent technical specifications and great corporate image, earning it a “Buildings A” classification.

Edifício Ile de La Cité

A project with the essence and heart of the world’s most famous city for its artistic and bohemian attributes.

Ile de la Cité recreates in unique fashion the atmosphere of the City of Light by means of classic French architecture and the subtleness and elegance of European traits, highlighting a new way of integrating residences in the huge, modern city of Sao Paulo.

The project, supervised by Anastassiadis Arquitetos, refer to the construction of a building with 155-m² (1,668-sq. ft) apartments. It consists of 2 blocks with 5 floors and 12 standard units. Apartments on the ground floor, duplex units and gardens.  On the 7th edition of Prêmio Master (the “Oscar” award of the Real Estate Industry) in 2006, RFM won the prize in the Residential Projects category.

Edifício Guedala House
