Building unique, innovative projects is part of our history. Since its foundation, RFM Construtora has delivered projects focusing on their quality and on the needs of each customer.

Always on the lookout for new technologies that can make the construction process more efficient and sustainable, we execute challengingly complex projects in and out of Sao Paulo city. Our team, in close collaboration with our customers, partners and suppliers, has reached in each of these projects the ideal solutions to build them with their best possible use and the least impact of the environment.

Our efforts have been recognized with important awards. In 1997, we were the first construction company to be granted ISO 9001 certification for the construction of residential, commercial, hospital, hotel, and restaurant buildings and restoration work. In 2004, another major achievement: we were the first in Brazil to be ISO 14001 certified for the construction of hotels and residential condominiums.

For 9 times, we have won the “Oscar” award in the Brazilian real estate industry: our projects were the winners of “Prêmio Master Imobiliário” (Real Estate Master Award) in the Development, Innovation and Sustainability, Creative Solutions and Ecological Construction categories. Moreover, 5 of our projects have earned the LEED certification for having been developed within the best practices of sustainable construction by utilizing a set of strategies to optimize the buildings.
