RFM

Amid a preserved area of the Atlantic Forest, Txai Resort is considered one of the very first boutique hotels in Brazil. It is located on Itacarezinho beach, in Itacare city – Bahia, and is  internationally acclaimed as a member of Relais Chateaux. It is the recipient of such awards as the “Best Waterside Hotel” by Condé Nast Johansens Luxury Hotels, the “Environment Trophy” by Relais&Châteaux, the “Certificate of Excellence” by TripAdvisor, among others.

The project, a success case by RFM Construtora and Txai Resorts, took its inspiration from the international hospitality market to develop this unique project in Brazil, combining resort and residences. It is a sophisticated product with low occupation density and large, comfortable houses with simple decoration.

In 2004, a RFM earned the  “V Prêmio Master” in the projects category.
