Txai Vilas do Sul Itacaré offers 10 bungalows of 144 m² (1,550 sq. ft) and 39 lots ranging from 1,300 to 13,000 m² (14,000 to 140,000 sq. ft) for residences.

All the bungalows have 2 ensuite bedrooms and offer two options of floor plan: a more “social” one with a larger living room and another more “intimate” one with a larger master bedroom.

All the bungalows will be delivered “move-in ready”, furnished and decorated according to Txai Resorts standards, one of the most sophisticated in Brazil. Bookings will be managed by the hotel’s reservation center.
