Builder | Commercial Octávio Café
About the project

Named after the owner’s father, Octavio Quércia, Octávio Café is the largest café in Latin America. Located on Faria Lima Avenue, the project concerns the construction of a commercial building with 2 underground floors, a ground floor, the first floor and a rooftop deck.

The chain of coffee shops serves only special coffees from beans produced by six coffee farms in the city of Pedregulho. Presently, the chain has three other units: one in Shopping Eldorado mall and two in Viracopos Airport, in Campinas city.
